Eric Pierson announced that the refurbishment of Rotary Park in downtown Mount Clemens is nearing completion. The last piece to the project is uncertain, whether we can get the sculpture to revolve, which will require a major reworking of the motor.

Tom Davies was in charge of recognition, which is always a spectacle. Eric Pierson wasn't wearing a Rotary pin, $3. Bill Patterson's seven-week-old grandson was noted which prompted the proud gramps to show photos of the cutie. He and Valerie will be on an adventure next week when the golf outing is on, in the end it was $20. Nancy Dedenbach was called out for a lifelike face mask, $5. Doug Norris was called out for wearing a Grand Hotel face mask which some likened to an itsy bitsy non-polka-dot bikini, $4. Joe Casasanta has been enjoying the beverage selection of the new venue and was fined $1.50 to round up the tab. Those not wearing Rotary pins were charged $1.
